When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project location and the project details you describe.
We do not collect this information automatically — it is provided only when you choose to send an enquiry.

- To keep a record of our correspondence with you
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing lists unless you separately agree to that.
Who may receive it
Your details are received by our sales team. Where a project requires it, relevant details may be shared with the subsidiary handling your work, or with a supplier or installation partner engaged for your project — including partners outside Malaysia where the work is in another country. We share only what is necessary for that purpose.
Our enquiry form is delivered through a third-party form service, and website traffic is measured using a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our ordinary business records afterwards. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data of yours we hold
- Provide a copy of it
- Correct anything inaccurate or out of date
- Stop using it, or delete it
